Do you accept returns?
I want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, non-custom pieces within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Do you work with custom designs?
Yes! I love working on custom pieces, whether it's an heirloom redesign or a completely new creation. If you have a special project in mind, reach out to discuss the possibilities.
What materials do you use?
We use responsibly sourced metals and gemstones, including recycled gold and ethically mined stones. Sustainability and quality are at the heart of my work.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most pieces are made to order, so please allow 3-6 weeks for production. If you need something sooner, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can you resize a ring after purchase?
Yes! If your ring needs resizing, I offer complimentary resizing within 30 days of purchase. Additional fees may apply for resizing beyond that timeframe.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or lotions. Store it in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use and clean it gently with a soft cloth.
